I need an endocrine-psycho-therapist; one person to manage ALL my psychiatric and HRT medications plus talk therapy, so that they can actually see/have an overview of how they're all working together.

I mean yes but I would take one of any of the above assuming competency and that the medical system here actually functioned (it does not).
