yeh not sure. could say they could be positioned awkwardly, it looks like the legs are cross it sorta looks like it's the big and second toe, but the other foot looks like it's too small. maybe some bad photoshopping?
Probably, bc otherwise that would be the thiccest big toe on earth. It almost looks like there‘s push-up padding in the toe box 😭😭
