This was incredibly fun. People went to the source and watched videos during stream and we feel good about the whole thing. I can't think of another one I trust doing this way that won't take multiple streams but we're gonna figure it out.

Do you think isekai stories have become popular because it's a simple formula or because so many have given up on finding happiness in this world that the idea of going anyplace else to start over is a relatable fantasy? The formula has existed for decades, but its big surge has been kinda recent.

We're not the only ones annoyed at how many anime feel the need to show a thing 4 times before the characters get it and then give explicit exposition on it in case their idiots are absolute dumb shits even then, right?

We're getting much better at speed doodles without ref. Annoyed at how without personality the reference sheet we're working on feels (neutral poses, etc) so we did this in a blank spot.
