I didn't remember if this was a debate term by CNN or part of the agreement between Biden and Trump. Which came first?

I did not realize they had a rule forbidding them from addressing Donald's constant lies. Since they had already violated their own "qualifications" for being in the debate, they should have broken this stupid rule. But mainly this should be the end of televised debates. They're stupid.
