Daily show just did a bit on this. Every conservative news outlet that mentions it follows up with, "but that's not how people feel" That is correct. People that spend 0.01% of their lives in US cities FEEL that cities are dangerous. But wait till they tell you how much they loved the trip to NYC!

I mean, we've known for 90 years that police departments aren't reliable sources of crime statistics. So do y'all have a better source than the FBI, who merely compile records from local police departments?
