Hopper update: the swelling was an abscess. They lanced and drained it. The wound will have to stay open to allow more draining and he’s on antibiotics and pain meds. They didn’t find the cause of the abscess, so we’ll have to monitor and take him to a primary vet for follow-up.

Poor Hopper has been having issues with his eye this week. At first we thought it was a bump from hitting his head. Then it got worse yesterday so we thought it might be an allergy and gave him Benadryl. This morning his eye is even worse so time to take him to doggy urgent care.

In other news - I forgot how stacked the cast of PREDATORS was.

Not gonna lie, after watching the footage and looking through photos… it sure appears to me like it was faked/staged to make him a martyr and further radicalize his supporters.

I’m so confused by the news that Macon Blair’s THE TOXIC AVENGER is supposedly “unreleasable.” I saw the Fantastic Fest world premiere. I loved it. The audience seemed to love it. It’s certainly not for everyone, but there are plenty of horror fans out there who will adore it!
