It’s the birthday of Stephen King, whose genre influence since the 70’s is incalculable. With many great books to his credit, we suggest a lesser known book, 1981’s “Dance Macabre”. It’s about horror in print, TV, & film, & the influence of societal fears & anxieties on the genre.
