It’s time 2 push the 14th Amendment Sec 3 - Disqualification Clause. Because according 2 the Constitution Trump & mist of the GOP are disqualified. They need a 2/3rds vote in the Senate & another 2/3rds in the House 2 Remove the disinformation. SCOTUS doesn’t have the power ONLY Congress does.

I would think this would just get pushed to SCOTUS and either delayed or rejected. The only thing to do is vote.

Nope because all Congress has to do it vote on it. That’s what the Amendment says. It’s simply written.

Hear you loud and clear. Seems like all these constitutional rules and laws all get challenged when it gers time to use them.

Yeah because they F¥€ked up and they know it. I’m just gonna keep calling it out.

And it’s only being challenged by those who broke the rules & are in control of its out come.
