It is but I'm glad they shortened the pre-booking window. With FastPass+ on-site guests could reserve their rides MONTHS in advance, vs. just 7 days for this new system (3 days for off-site guests). That's a welcome improvement over FP+ in my book. The 3 ride limit is also good.
