yeah no quibbles there, i think you nailed it (modulo Frieren, which I haven't seen, but from what I hear, I don't doubt your analysis). I wish I could watch Gurren Lagann again but my ability to look past HI BOOBS and Leeron has waned substantially.

Id also like to nominate Gurren Lagann for the "I wasn't prepared to feel these feels" award after Big Bro.... Well, you know... 😭 Dorohedoro doesn't get enough love! That show is a sleeper hit and yeah, giant woman supremacy!!
