I have no idea how to code or make apps but I think I could make a better one

My roommate tried to transfer the Verizon router to me and it should’ve been the easiest thing on the planet and it took forever

I had to switch services -- from fios to this awful in-home 5G setup -- and instead of just adding a service to my preexisting account, they had to make a whole new one! then the app stayed signed into my old account, so the setup process just yielded an error page over and over. it was infuriating

Oh god im so sorry they made two accounts for me once too and I had to call them a bunch before they’d fix it

May I recommend a DFRobot dual gigabit Ethernet carrier board, a Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 (with WiFi if you need that) and a copy of OpenWRT. It is hands down the best Internet gateway device I've ever used.
