Sick of Adobe? Looking for alternatives? There's a deal on a universal license for Affinity right now! I used to use Affinity Publisher to publish student zines and can recommend it!

seconding affinity publisher! it's not as comprehensive as indesign yet (i do a lot of specialized layout stuff), but it's catching up fast and has soooo many features that make publishing in a nice format easy. and the one-time purchase is amazing
I really wish I could use Affinity bc they have something similar to a content aware fill (like to erase blemishes on scans)…but it was sooo hard to figure out and never seemed to work properly. Same with the thing similar to Camera Raw. Have you had luck editing traditional work with it?
It's been a few years since I played around with Affinity, and I mostly used it for layout and printing, so unfortunately I haven't tried it for color correcting.
