I mean, as long as it's an *official* assassination, whatever the fuck that means.

I mean, it’s right there in the oath, “to preserve, protect and defend….against all enemies, foreign and domestic” so assassinating Supreme Court justices who are absolutely intent on installing a permanent dictator seems pretty official to me.

I can't, or perhaps won't, argue with that. If this is the slip'n'slide the court wants to go down, they can go first.
