Dear Greater Columbus Convention Center. All soap in common area restrooms should be unfragranced. Most of your restrooms smell strongly of mint, potentially making them unusable for people with allergies, sensitivities, or sensory issues. Do better.
My MIL had to retire early because her place of work (a hospital!!) was bought by a nasty company that then brought in a new hand soap supplier that only supplied soap with a fragrance that triggered her asthma. No consideration for patients, either. It's all about the bottom line to them. 😞
In this case I do think it's simple ignorance. They think they're doing something nice for people with the fancy soap.
A *hospital* should know better.
