It’s never Susan, or the Rani, and Romana would never talk like that. I think you’re on the right track with the god thing. My first thought was the Trickster, though that last ditch did sound sort of Satan-ish. Maybe one of the others Harriet mentioned would fit, too.

Just for fun, I searched one of the alternate bands for Sutekh given in the episode to see if it meant Lucifer, because it sounded similar, and found this thread on Reddit which opens several while other cans of mythological, gaming, (and theological?) worms. www.reddit.com/r/gallifrey/...
