I'm looking for authors and author-wannabes of Middle Eastern heritage. By Middle Eastern I mean huge swathes of territory including Palestine, Egypt, Iraq--not even just one continent, right? And in re: heritage I'm talking both homebodies and diasporans. It's for a Middle Grade deal.
It's about geography, IMO. Already in touch with one Israeli Jew. But only scouting for someone else, so the ultimate decision of who does the work is not mine.

Hi, Nisi! I'm a Syrian American author. Still unpublished, but I do have an agent and am revising my current manuscript, which is adult scifi. However, my next book is middle grade, and there is a mostly finished first draft of that, which I'll go back to once this revision is done.
