biden could declare an emergency involving the breach of nuclear secrets by a former president and freeze trump's assets, and since trump isn't afraid of being prosecuted anymore he'd probably just drop out of the race

biden could just say, "i did it because we can't afford to have a security risk in the presidency but if he's not going to be president i'll drop it"
