IIRC one tribe of cannibals referred to humans as "long pig" because their meat tastes like pork.

this is part of an ethnocentric legend complex around cannibalism & groups that practiced it. As far as I can find, there is no documented, reliable account of what we taste like.

This is why I never went beyond a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, I just wasn’t this committed to the subject.
