I am pleased to announce that Cloudy has a reprieve from euthanasia and will be with me for some (maybe months seems most probable? who knows with cats) time yet.
What looked like terminal decline were some bad days and less (bit still more than is good) weight loss than I thought.
SO HOORAY!
As a former vet nurse I've seen cats with "bad numbers" have good quality of life, along with SQ fluids and vitamin treatments and others with "slight increases" feel poorly.
