Be aware of this “agency”. The creator scams mostly russian speaking people, because they are desperate and she knows that. No decent agency ever takes money to be “represented”, it’s always percentage off of actual work they find you. This person not only takes money upfront, but ALSO percentage.

Illustrators, have you received an email from Art Lab Agency praising your art & asking if you'd be interested in working together? They disclose that it's "not a free service" but that's putting it mildly: what they're pitching is a "mentorship + representation program" costing £3500.

My least favorite ADHD perk is that I have too many ideas for illustrations and I simply CANNOT decide where to start. I have many simple ideas in mind, but my brain is always telling me it needs to be more complicated and it becomes an endless loop of doing none of those illustrations
