It's always surprised me that Vancouver has never really been on MLB's radar in a serious way.
It's kind of close to Seattle, I guess, but Cleveland is closer to Pittsburgh than Vancouver is to Seattle. Driving Cleveland to Detroit takes about as long as Vancouver-Seattle.
