Like, even if we accept the utterly idiotic "trans is an ideology" talking point, isn't propagating ideology theoretically a key component of what the 1st Amendment is intended to protect?
SCOTUS is busily deciding cases that will pare down the 1A to just "freedom of religion [for some people, if they choose the right god, the rest of you can GFY]."
