I'm going to atom bomb spring conlaw. seriously considering going full anticanon and having the syllabus start with johnson v. mcintosh, prigg, dred scott, plessy, the chinese exclusion case, lochner, and korematsu, and then jumping straight from there to the roberts court's last 3 terms

It’s definitely time to radically revise law curriculum. I’m going back to the crits of the 1980’s. They were viewed as radical revisionists in the day. Truth is that they didn’t see how bad it could get.

Schenck v. United States and its follwup with Debs please, with full attention to how "can't shout fire in a crowded theatre" is still a popular saying for "can imprison someone for advocating against the draft".
