Good late-night "Sky Merchants of Tora" playtest on the Origins @unpub.bsky.social room. Good news: I think I've solved the game duration problem. Bad news: Players felt decisions were a little too obvious - not enough nuance or decision space for should-I-do-this-or-that conundrums.
