Wow, seems pretty good to me considering you were just sick. I'm going to dig out my half-marathon walking plan soon as it manages to get me out from behind the desk regularly AND provides a nice framework for building from a low base.

Be glad you can still finish. I ran the LA Mary 11 years in a row and then my hip said “ no more running for you, jag off.” Now it’s only the pool for me.

And remember that advertisements showing in your screenshots can be informative as well. 😀
