Making a Black person lose their job is so rarely not anitblack. And working for the New York Times is not working for the fucking Pentagon. Black people need jobs. If you want Black people to have jobs, it's probably because you're antiblack.
None of them care about community or had a game plan to support him should he leave. What fail safes did they have should he do such a thing and then couldn’t land another job because Black outspoken ppl like that are anathema? What financial support were they willing to give? Absolutely nothing.
