Bribery or blackmail? Because I did cackle just a little imagining trying to blackmail me via my own Very Exciting call history of “Hi, parent, I made it okay/I’m headed home!”, vendors trying to sell me VOIP/AI, and Medicare scammers calling me.

They should reduce prices to make up for the breach.

You need to make clear that the contents of calls or texts were NOT STOLEN, nor customers’ financial information, see screen shots of parts of the letter sent to affected customers (including me). On the second image is the web address of further details about the incident.
