i keep re-reading this to make sure i didn't hallucinate

which is a big blaring sign telling us what they will try to do this year. they are going to try to treat all post-election certifications as opportunities to erase or change votes, and they're going to try to treat that as just a normal part of the process. that's going to happen

Fingers crossed that we even get to that point

Treat every objection as reasonable, throw things to legislatures, problem solved. (The problem is democracy.)

So, on January 6 2025, Vice President Harris reelects Joe Biden. SURELY that's what the Founders intended.

I mean they won't do that but there's no legal remedy now to stop or punish them if they did. In fact Roberts basically just said that's business as usual. So it's really sort of abnormal if they don't.
