Just because I’ve not shown my face here for a while, here’s some colourful clothing tax I owe you!

I’m gonna try to be better at posting here again 😂 How has everyone been? I’ve been recently getting more active again modeeling - working on a replica Shell for the Genesis 3 this time, here’s some WIP images;

I got myself a 3D Scanner (revopoint miraco), and have been practicing to get the best workflow over the past few days. I think I got it down, these meshes are perfectly usable to reverse engineer! (Nintendo NES dogbone controller)

I’ve been working on a full (free) replacement C64 keycap set which mimicks the original shapes as close as possible. It’s funny how much detail is in these! I have restarted from scratch 3 times, but have a really nice parametric setup now which allows me to change parameters on the fly!

old model I made, but finally had a chance to test it, will be uploaded soon ;D This is a cover for the Casio Loopy! (next up is to fix the discolouring)

my dear friend @konix.bsky.social has absolutely spoiled me when I visited him earlier (Thanks again, was fun playing a little dreamcast too, had a great time!). Look at what he got me ❤️

Took forever to get here, but finally managed to get @konix.bsky.social his Panasonic-Q all repaired and upgraded with picoboot!

so pretty! All back together, all screws accounted for, and none missing/spare 😂

I love to thrift for games and consoles, and I am very pleased with todays score!
