I've rolled out out lists that combine some of the labels, so you can choose to block certain label combinations.

Due to the rate limits, I can't add every labelled account, and the lists can only update every fifteen minutes. But if you particularly need a combination, or for it to run faster let me know and I'll see if there's something that can be done.

That's interesting to use, but I worry about updating the lists to take out accounts that no longer apply to these labels, since I've seen some at some of the combination lists when I was checking them out some minutes ago

the lists update pretty quick, but I have to batch it up to avoid hitting the rate limits - it’s on a 15m timer right now
