Hot take: Warhammer 40,000 Orks only understand gender roles secondhand from encountering species that have them. Things like "Boyz" and "Ladz" as well as he/him pronouns are all loanwords to them. Feral orks very likely don't even go this far, having had no meaningful contact with other cultures.
