Maybe this is a good time to evaluate how we view and treat the “cool” guys in sf/f and related fields. I’ve been in fandom and pro spaces for 4 decades now and the number of folks at the top of the food chain that I would trust, given 100% adoration, to be great humans all the time is…small. 🤔
