So glad you asked! Don’t think I could name just one. But here’s a beauty I made last week. Slow roasted pork, melted havarti and Gruyère, sautéed red cabbage and onion, Russian dressing on toasted Italian bread.

What’s your favorite sandwich?

Homemade arepa, slow cooked chuck roast, provolone and Gouda, roasted plantains, tomatoes, garlic aioli.
