Start with literally any pizza crust: store-bought refrigerated tubes are fine. Sprinkle with fennel, pre-bake the crust 8-10mins at 425ºF.
Remove from oven and slather with mayonnaise base:
3/4th cup mayo
crushed garlic to taste
1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt & pepper

Top with mozzarella and friends, chopped tomatoes, chopped basil, green onions, whatever you like. Bake 385ºF for 10mins. Remove, let cool for a few minutes, and drizzle with balsalmic vinegar or glaze.
If you get it right it's like a glorious greasy frybread with fresh cheesy toppings.
