Thomas Kelly (#Zionor) was arrested for participating in the Capitol Riot; faces multiple felony charges including "civil disorder; assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers; and assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers using a deadly or dangerous weapon."

Since her arrest, Bogue has claimed in interviews that the video footage was "probably manipulated," and expressed no regrets: "I made a choice to go to Capitol Hill and support my country and support my president, and I’m not ashamed of that at all."
