Not surprising. They’re waiting for the results of the election. If the convicted felon wins, they can shove whatever they want through. If Biden wins, their hands are tied.

They can't give Biden full immunity, even if Trump wants it, because then Biden could just order a drone strike on Mar-A-Lago. He wouldn't, but tell me Trump wouldn't at least consider it.
