Denver started and completed this water main replacement on 13th in like 3 months. As a former New Orlenian I am always shocked to see a civil project finished at all, much less timely lol.
The longest I’ve been without power, something that happened in a storm that brought down limbs and trees all over town, was 2 hours. And they didn’t raise my rates because of it.
After 2 years I am still not accustomed to being in a city with functional infrastructure.
