This was an interesting Juneteenth.
It's my first one where none of my grandparents were alive. I made a southwest bbq burger with seasoned fries, but it doesn't compare to the barbecues we had in the 80s and early 90s

It was pretty cool talking to the bus driver who was ready to clock out and celebrate. Watching kdot dance on drake grave was pretty funny too. I give it a 7/10 - it was top ten, but I kind of wish it was a day where we all collectively decided to just take PTO instead of a federal holiday.
