Listen, I'm no fan of baseball, but as a Philly transplant, I have to speak up in favor of Axe Weekend. You may not like it, but compared to what happens in New England during the regular season, it's as good as you'll get.
It’s just another example of people pretending to hate Philly. They act like they think they’re better than us but they know they’re really just jealous. Their cities don’t care enough, they could never pull off an Axe Weekend, they know it and they hate themselves for it
