Back after a long delay. Here is NGC 1365, or the Great Barred Spiral Galaxy. This is old data, taken in 2009 by the Star Shadows Remote Observatory team at the Chile CTIO observatory. Other renditions of this data won an APOD. This is my attempt at processing it. 🔭

I bought a Seestar for my birthday. It's fun and easy to use. 🔭. The M42 image has some mild PI processing.

Cederblad 51, a beautiful emission reflection nebula in Orion. These photons were gathered in January 2023 by the SWOS team of Hanson, Forman, Parker, Mazlin at Obstech, Chile. 20 hours LRGB from a 24" Planewave with a 16803 chip. Processed by me.

RCW-104, a ring nebula structure around a Wolf-Rayet star. This is narrowband, so colors are false. Data taken by the SWOS team at Obstech Harper, Mazlin, Parker and me. Processed by me. This is one of the hardest things I've worked on, and hopefully I'll try it again in a year and it'll improve. 🔭

This is IC 5332, a face on spiral galaxy in the region of the Galactic South Pole. It's about 8 arcminutes in diameter and 30mly away. This is 32 hours of LRGB data taken by the SWOS team (Hanson, Parker, Mazlin, me) at Obstech, Chile. Processed by me. PW24"CDK with SBIG 16803 camera 🔭

VDB 123, a reflection nebula in Serpens. Data taken in Chile at Obstech by the SWOS imaging team of Parker, Hanson, Mazlin and me. My process. I chose to highlight contrast differences between dark portions of the nebula and push the saturation a tad. 🔭

NGC 4945, a galaxy in our local group about 11 mly away. Data acquired by the SWOS team in March 2023 Hanson, Mazlin, Parker and myself at Obstech, Chile, 24" Planewave CDK with SBIG 16803 camera on PW L600 mount. Total of about 25 hours of LRGB give or take. Processed by me entirely in PixInsight.🔭

Two versions of NGC 460/465, a star cluster/nebula in the Magellenic Clouds. One SHO narrowband with RGB stars, and the other is the same but through a narrowband star mask. 🔭. Data: SWOS team Hanson, Parker, Forman, Mazlin at Obstech, Chile. All processing by me. Scope PW24 and 16803 camera.

This is 47 Tucanae (NGC104), a globular cluster about 15,000ly from Earth and about 120 ly in diameter. It's the second brightest glob in the sky and has about 10,000 stars. Data taken at Obstech, Chile by SWOS team Hanson, Parker, Mazlin, and me. Processing by me. PWCDK24 with SBIG 16803 camera 🔭

🔭This is NGC 1269/1291 a cool barred spiral about 33 mly. It has an interesting inner bar and an outer rings. Lots of little galaxies scattered around the image. Data taken at Obstech, Chile by Hanson, Parker, Mazlin and me. PWCDK24 with SBIG16803 chip on L600 mount.

Reprocess of Omega Centauri using BXT V.4 for deconvolution. Big difference from the last version. New and old presented side by side for comparison. Different processing techniques, but still. 🔭
