my girlfriend came home with 2 little 1" froggies from pet store for th fish tank. she thot they were both xenopus. but i looked: one was xenopus, th other was hymenochirus. fascinating diffs.
xenopus (bull) grew fast and shevelled EVERYTHING into his mouth, includind some of our fish 1/n
2/2 the other one (skinny) , would strategically stalk the snails and lunch at them and chomp of their feelers!
i would play my recorder for them. skinny being the hunter would listen in wrapt attention every time i played. Bull ignored me!
