1. Frango piri-piri. 2. Variation of pommes á l'huile : warm new potatoes cut and thrown with onion and a drizzke of white wine. Cooled, fridge. When serving, add salt, black pepper, marjoram, Palermo pepper, , crunchy lettuce, tomato, olive oil. @stellagarp.bsky.social (u want food links, huh?)
