So! I love popsicles, but they’re too sweet for me. I’ve always thought savory popsicles should be more of a thing, so here’s my go with something (very Canadian) that I loved: ketchup popsicles!
They’re actually 80% tomato juice & tomatoes are a fruit, so you could just call them tomato popsicles.
Today’s experiment is different though – I got the idea last year while thinking about other kinds of savory popsicles I’d like to try and never got around to it ‘til today: Thai green curry popsicles.
They’re in the freezer now. If I like them I’ll share the recipe.
