Today’s experiment is different though – I got the idea last year while thinking about other kinds of savory popsicles I’d like to try and never got around to it ‘til today: Thai green curry popsicles. They’re in the freezer now. If I like them I’ll share the recipe.

… switching to full fat canned coconut milk. Unfortunately that kicks it up from 2 to 8 Weight Watchers points per bar. 😕 Although they can be much better these were still very good. Those little bits of lime zest, mmmm!

Suggestion from a friend: try adding kaya (coconut jam), which is only 3 WW points. Sounds good!
