Been waiting to read this when I had a full minute to sit and give it the time it deserves! Feels right on time given the increasing anxiety about what the future balance of a climate transition looks like— will we get one at all? How do we fight for it with as many people, globally, as possible?

Some of the despair I read on here (which is carried over and inseparable from real life for climate activists and analysts of all types) is directly connected to the model of green transition they have come to believe is the one true and possible path. There are many paths.

These are all deeply inequitable, racist, colonial mitigation scenarios. We need to move on other paths that lead us towards a better future that the entire planet benefits from if we want the entire planet to actually support a transition.
