A little late night cloning run. Making a prototype of an agrobacterium killswitch using a phage lysis protein that @naturepoker.bsky.social and I have toyed with a few years ago. Idea is to induce the production of the PhiX174 protein "E" to stabby stabby after plant co-culture. Works in ecoli!
