An interesting alternate angle for The Acolyte could have been a force user with an alternate personality that had turned to the dark side. Kinda like Moon Knight. The twin thing in Star Wars was done already.
A marginal take: I actually like the Halo TV show. Yes, I played the game. I also read the Eric Nyland novels, and the show feels like them. I like how they're trying to tell the story differently.
