He's not eating, is the problem. We're trying some appetite stimulant and prednisolone and he's not responding to either so I don't think there's much more we can do.
Prednisolone, even at immune suppressant dosage, did nothing for my cat, but a different steroid, Budesonide, helped for several months. I got it from a compounding pharmacy in liquid form with fish flavor, put it in his wet foot, and he would devour it.
