I got covid from spending a few hours someone with early symptoms at an event on June 29/30 weekend, and I got sick July 4. My @oura.bsky.social ring resting heart rate, usually 50, spiked that eve to over 70, days before i got symptoms, giving a warning something was happening.

I almost forgot to share this here but I received word the IND application for the HIV-1 bispecific antibody I have been working on with my team for quite some time now has received a “safe-to-proceed” from the FDA. This marks a huge milestone for us. Today is a good day. 🥹🧪
