To be completely clear and transparent: I 'only' need 44,633 at the current course to own this place in full, the rest is taken care of. A little more would help with small stuff, like installing an outside tap and stuff.
Gonna need *a lot* of help with this one, might even have to resort to directly pestering some folks, as much as I would like to avoid that. If everyone who follows me could just boost it once we might be able to avoid that!
I would put up a GoFundme, but they don't operate here, and I have bad experiences with the local equivalent, but the fees Stripe takes are much more reasonable than PP, so I'd advise using them if you're outside of Europe. If you're in Europe - slide into those DMs! (For bank info purposes!)
